I am Saskia Vermeer-Ooms and for more than twenty years I have worked with organisations navigating change, building strong teams and improving the way people collaborate.

More recently I have been exploring Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, with a particular interest in how they can support evidence-based leadership and organisational learning.
